Working side by side with Dr Tran for more than 10 years, Luna plays a vital role at our office. As senior lead dental assistant, she takes on a leadership role within a dental practice, overseeing and coordinating the activities of other dental assistants. Her responsibilities include training new staff, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations, and managing the workflow in the dental office. She also assists the dentist during procedures, organize and sterilize equipment, and maintain a smooth and efficient operation. Additionally, as senior lead dental assistant, she often acts as a point of contact between the dental team and support staff, contributing to the overall coordination and success of the dental practice.

Patient Care Coordinator
Rosa is another important member of our dental team. Also working together with Dr. Tran for more than 10 years, she plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for patients. Her responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and addressing inquiries. She may explain treatment plans, coordinate with insurance providers, and assist in financial arrangements. Additionally, Rosa often acts as a liaison between patients and the dental team, fostering clear communication and understanding.
